I am so grateful to be able to share my 20+ years of business ownership to empower you. The first milestone as a small business owner is often hiring your first employee or contractor. This sets off a whole set of needs such as documented processes, consistent training initiatives, learning how to delegate effectively, and monitoring your budget differently.
Approach
My approach to 1 on 1 consulting is individualized. You, as the client, steer the direction with guidance and feedback to help assess where the critical control points are. Together we come up with a plan and work toward the desired outcome. We will use a project management approach with cycles or sprints and evaluate at each step of execution.
